In a recent interview he said that he will remain with WWE in a public relations role. He shot down the idea of an announcer role as he said he didn't think he would do well with it. Flair also has big plans to build his Finance company in Charlotte.
I am willing to bet we will see Flair in a WWE ring again. Maybe not in a full match but he will and should in my opinion get involved with a few story lines. There is no better "talker" in the business.
